Blocking

When "Player A" blocks "Player B"

  • Profile Visibility: Player B will be unable to search for, view, or interact with Player A's profile. If both Players are mutual Party members, the block will automatically remove them from each other's Party.

  • Creations: Player B will be restricted from searching for or engaging with Player A's Creations, even if the Creation is listed under a Union or Playground’s Catalog.

  • Recommendations: Player B will not receive Player A’s Creations, Products, or Groups in their recommendation feed.

  • Products: Player B will be restricted from searching for, viewing, purchasing, or interacting with Player A’s Products, including those listed under a Brand’s Catalog.

  • Comments & Replies: Player B will not be able to see or interact with Player A’s comments or replies across the platform.

Effect on Orders and Transactions

  • Service Orders: If both Players were involved in an ongoing Service Order prior to the block, the order will be automatically cancelled on behalf of the blocker. Regardless of whether Player A was the Buyer or Vendor, the blocker will receive a cancellation penalty, and appropriate refunds will be issued.

  • Item Orders: If an Item Order was active before the block, all communications between the Players will be locked. The Buying Player may only request a refund within the allocated refund timeframe. Refund requests will be managed by our staff, with penalties applying as needed.

  • Quests: If a Quest was active between the Players prior to the block, it will be cancelled on behalf of the blocker. Whether the blocker was the Recruiter or Recruitee, they will incur a cancellation penalty, and refunds will be administered accordingly.

Union and Brand Memberships

Union/Brand Interaction: Player B will not be able to join, view, or interact with Player A’s Union or Brand. If Player B is already a member and Player A is the sole owner of the Union/Brand, Player B will be removed from the membership. If both Players are mutual members of a Union/Brand, they may co-exist, but Player B will face the same restrictions regarding Player A’s Creations, Products, Comments, and Replies within the Union/Brand’s Catalog and Group Chat.

Playgrounds

Playground Interaction: Player B will be restricted from joining, viewing, or interacting with Player A’s Playgrounds. If Player B is already a member, the Playground will be disbanded on behalf of the blocker. In this case, the blocker, whether the Referee or a Participant, will incur a cancellation penalty.
