Notifications
UPUN sends notifications to keep Players informed about important updates and actions related to their account. Notifications help ensure Players stay up-to-date with critical information, such as account changes, service order updates, or pending gifts.
Types of Notifications
In-App Notifications: Delivered directly within UPUN to alert Players about various updates, such as new interactions with their Creations, Products, or Groups.
Email Notifications: Sent based on the urgency of the update. High-priority notifications, such as service order changes or violations, may be sent via email in addition to being available in-app.
Pop-Up Notifications: Some notifications may appear as pop-up messages within the app when immediate action or attention is required. Examples include:
Attempting to create an Experience without sufficient NRG.
Receiving an indirect penalty.

Real-Time Alerts
Notifications are delivered and received in real-time, ensuring that Players receive up-to-the-minute information about their account and interactions on the platform.
Customization of Notifications
Players have the ability to customize which notifications they receive by adjusting their preferences within their account settings. This allows Players to choose the types of alerts that are most relevant to them.
Current Limitations
At this time, UPUN does not feature push notifications. All notifications are either sent in-app or via email, depending on urgency and player preferences.
