Refunds

UPUN aims to provide a transparent and fair refund process for all Players. While we strive to ensure that every transaction on the platform is final, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be processed for purchases made with Love or other transactions on UPUN.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Accidental Purchases: If a Player unintentionally purchases an Item, Service, or other Product, they may request a refund within a specified period (e.g., 24 hours).

• Unfulfilled Services or Quests: If a Service or Quest has been paid for but remains unfulfilled or incomplete due to the Vendor’s inaction, Players may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

• Technical Issues: In cases where technical problems prevent a Player from accessing or downloading purchased Items, they may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Certain transactions are final and non-refundable, including:

• Consumables: Any Love (♥) spent on consumable items such as boosts or temporary in-game advantages is non-refundable.

• Completed Services and Quests: Once a Service or Quest has been fulfilled and deliverables have been provided, refunds are not available.

• Love Purchases: Purchases of Love (♥) are non-refundable after the transaction is completed and the currency is deposited into the Player’s account.

Refund Request Process

• Players must submit a Refund Request through their account, providing details about the transaction and the reason for the request.

• UPUN’s support team will review the request and may require additional information, such as order details, evidence of technical issues, or communication between the Buyer and Vendor.

• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe if the request is approved.

Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of a transaction is disputed (e.g., a partially completed Service or Quest), UPUN may issue a partial refund based on the unfulfilled portion of the transaction.

Refund Credits

Refunds may be processed in the form of Love credits or by reversing the original transaction, depending on the nature of the purchase. Refunds to external payment methods may take longer to process.

Abuse of Refund Policy

Players found to be abusing the refund policy by submitting false or excessive refund requests may face penalties, including suspension of their account or the loss of refund privileges.
