Additional Policies

UPUN maintains a set of additional policies to ensure that the platform remains a safe, creative, and enjoyable space for all Players. These policies cover various scenarios that may not be explicitly detailed in other sections of the Community Guidelines but are equally important to maintaining the integrity of the platform.

Encouraging Violations

Players are prohibited from encouraging or inciting others to violate UPUN’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Any Player found to be promoting or encouraging harmful behavior may face penalties, including suspension or termination of their account.

Publishing Previously Removed Creations

If a Creation has been removed for violating the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, republishing that Creation or publishing Creations from terminated Player accounts is considered a violation. Doing so will result in the removal of the offending materials, and the Player responsible may be penalized, suspended, or terminated.

Age Requirements

While UPUN is open to everyone, we recommend that Players be at least 13 years old to access the platform. Some materials may be more suitable for older audiences, and UPUN monitors age upon registration to ensure Young Players are protected from restricted content. If a Young Player is detected, restricted materials will be hidden accordingly.

Misuse of Account Privileges

Players are expected to use their accounts in good faith. Misuse of account privileges, such as creating multiple accounts to evade penalties, or using an account in a deceptive or harmful way, may result in suspension or termination.

Data Privacy Violations

Players are prohibited from gathering or attempting to access the personal information of other Players without consent. Any misuse of data or breaches of privacy will be treated as a severe violation and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Exploiting Platform Features

Any attempt to exploit bugs, loopholes, or platform features in a way that disrupts UPUN or grants unfair advantages to the Player will result in penalties. This includes manipulating the recommendation system, engagement metrics, or in-app currency.

Disruptive Use of AI-Generated Content

While UPUN allows the use of AI-generated content, such content must adhere to the platform’s guidelines. Any misuse of AI tools to create deceptive, "spammy", or inappropriate materials is prohibited and may result in penalties.
