Impersonation

UPUN is committed to maintaining the authenticity and integrity of its platform. Impersonation of any individual, group, company, or Player is strictly prohibited. This policy outlines the guidelines for avoiding impersonation and the consequences for violations.

Prohibition of Impersonation

Players are not allowed to create or manage Creations, Products, Groups, or Player accounts with the intent to impersonate another person, group, company, or Player. Any attempts to mislead or deceive others by impersonating someone else may result in serious penalties, including account suspension or termination.

Specific Impersonation Violations

• Copying Profile Elements: Do NOT copy and/or republish another Player’s Profile Picture, Banner Image, Creations, Products, Profile Layout, or Profile Information in an attempt to impersonate them. Even if the details are not 100% identical, any attempt to falsely represent another account will be considered a violation.

• Impersonating Celebrities or Public Figures: Players are strictly prohibited from impersonating celebrities or public figures. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of the account. Celebrities and public figures are encouraged to register their accounts through verified social platforms such as X or Facebook to prevent unauthorized impersonation.

• Fan Accounts: Fan Accounts are allowed on UPUN, but they must be clearly labeled as such. Fan Accounts must explicitly state in their display name, title, or username that they are a Fan Account to avoid confusion. It should be obvious to other Players that the account does not represent the original entity.

Consequences for Impersonation

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Removal of the offending Creations, Products, or Groups.

• Penalization, suspension, or termination of the Player’s account.

• Immediate termination for impersonating a celebrity or public figure.

UPUN reserves the right to take swift and decisive action against any Player found violating this policy to maintain the platform’s authenticity and prevent deceptive practices.
