Policy Enforcement

The Help Center enlists several policies that outline what is and isn't allowed on UPUN. These policies were created to ensure a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for everyone that use the platform. Read and follow the Community Guidelines carefully to guarantee a flawless campaign with no complications.

How are policies are enforced?

UPUN uses automated technology and human moderation to monitor the platform of potential threats to the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We also rely on Reports that bring to surface issues that Players have come across during their campaign.

What happens if a violation occurs?

Violating policies may result in the modification, penalization, and/or removal of any offending material, as well as the penalization, suspension, or termination of the offending Player's account. Repeatedly violating the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service (sometimes referred to a TOS), severely abusing a policy, and/or receiving Copystrike or At-Risk penalties will result in the eventual termination of the offending Player's account. UPUN reserves the right to report any illegal or federally regulated activities to local or federal authorities, and will take action against the offending material and/or Players involved.

How to report a violation?

The report feature is either accessible via the material's dropdown/kebab menu, the ? button in the Footer, or by visiting "Help & Support" in your Account's dropdown menu. When a report has been submitted, it will be assigned to a Customer Service Representative who will help resolve the issue. Be aware that submitting multiple unresolved reports may result in penalization.
