Sensitive Materials

UPUN is a platform that values creativity, expression, and meaningful discussion. However, when addressing sensitive or potentially offensive topics, it is important to adhere to our guidelines to ensure the community remains safe, respectful, and appropriate for all Players. This policy outlines how Sensitive Materials should be handled and what topics require special care.

Labeling and Restrictions

• Materials covering offensive, speculative, or sensitive ideological themes must be labeled appropriately and will receive a voluntary Restriction Penalty. This ensures that Players are aware of the nature of the content before engaging.

• Any Creations, Products, or Groups that are mislabeled or contain inappropriate or chaotic material will be removed, and the offending Player may face penalties, suspensions, or account termination.

Suicide, Self-Harm, and Eating Disorders

• These topics may be explored on UPUN, but they must be handled with extreme care. Content should not encourage, glorify, or incite harmful behaviors or mindsets.

• Content that promotes fatalistic or life-threatening mentalities will be removed, and the Player responsible may face penalties or suspension.

Politics and World Issues

• Political topics can be discussed to an extent. However, UPUN does not allow misinformation or harmful content related to elections, political events, or sensitive world issues. Players should be mindful of spreading misinformation or creating content that may incite political unrest.

• Avoid content that could lead to election-related misinformation or conspiracy theories.

Vulgar Language

• The use of vulgar or explicit language is generally not allowed. Players should use language that is moderate and modest within their Creations, Products, or Groups.

• Repeated or excessive use of offensive language in any medium is prohibited, and violating this policy may result in removal or penalties.

Nudity and Sexual Content

• Nudity is not permitted on UPUN, including content that depicts or implies outlines, sketches, or impressions of genitalia, bosoms, buttocks, or other body parts that may be subject to fetishization, whether clothed or unclothed.

• Pornography, depictions of sexual acts, or any fetish content meant for sexual gratification are strictly prohibited.

Child Safety

• UPUN is a platform open to visitors, including children, who can view content without registering an account. Players should keep this in mind when creating content and ensure their materials are appropriate for a wide audience.

• Materials that are inappropriate for children, including explicit, violent, or dangerous content, will be removed, and offending Players may face penalties.
