Spam/Deceptive Practices

UPUN is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all Players. As part of this commitment, we do not allow spam, scamming, or deceptive practices on the platform. Any Creations, Products, Groups, or Communication Activities that attempt to exploit or disrupt the community through these practices are considered violations and will result in disciplinary action.

Definition of Spam and Deceptive Practices

Spam is defined as content, comments, or messages that are unwanted, repetitive, or disruptive to the recipient’s experience. Deceptive practices include any attempt to trick, mislead, or take advantage of Players for personal gain, including scamming and fraudulent activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unwanted Offers: Any unsolicited commercial offers aimed at driving traffic or attention to external websites, products, or services outside of UPUN.

• Misleading Materials: Creations or Products that promise specific outcomes but instead direct Players away from UPUN or otherwise mislead Players.

• Repetitive Content: Continuously publishing the same or similar materials across multiple accounts or from a single Player in an excessive manner.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not allowed on UPUN and will be considered violations of this policy:

• Repeatedly Occurring Materials: Publishing identical or nearly identical content (Creations, Products, or Groups) excessively, either by a single Player or multiple Players. This includes materials that:

  • Direct Players away from UPUN under false pretenses.

  • Promise Players they will "make money fast" or otherwise drive off-platform engagement.

  • Lead to sites spreading harmful software or gathering personal information.

• Promoting Engagement Metrics: Any content that promotes the sale or exchange of engagement metrics (e.g., views, clicks, votes, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• Cash Gifts and Get Rich Quick Schemes: Offering Players cash gifts, promoting pyramid schemes, or engaging in "get rich quick" schemes will result in the removal of the content and potential penalization.

• Misleading Titles, Thumbnails, and Descriptions: Using deceptive or misleading titles, thumbnails, descriptions, or labels to trick Players into engaging with content that is not as advertised will result in the removal of the material.

• Disruptive Messaging and Comments: Sending disruptive or unwanted messages or comments—whether during an order or in any communication channel—will lead to removal and potential penalization. This includes attempts to gather personal information or repeatedly sending the same messages.

• Multiple Accounts for Deceptive Purposes: While UPUN allows Players to have multiple accounts, using these accounts to publish the same or similar content across accounts to mislead or deceive others is considered a violation and may result in account termination.

Consequences for Violating this Policy

Violating UPUN’s Spam/Deceptive Practices Policy may result in:

• Removal of the offending materials, or termination of the Player's account.

• Penalization of the Player’s account, which could include suspension or termination.

UPUN reserves the right to take appropriate action against any Player who engages in spam, deceptive practices, or other activities that violate the spirit of the community.
