Violent/Dangerous Materials

UPUN does not tolerate any Creations, Products, Groups, or Communication Activities that encourage or promote dangerous, harmful, or illegal activities. Any content that poses a risk of serious physical harm, emotional distress, or death is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in the modification, penalization, or removal of the offending materials, and/or the suspension or termination of the Player’s account. In extreme cases, UPUN will report the situation to federal or local law enforcement agencies. If you believe anyone is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.

Harmful/Dangerous Acts, Challenges, and Pranks

The following behaviors are prohibited on UPUN:

• Dangerous Challenges: Do not perform or provide instructions for extremely dangerous challenges that pose an imminent risk of physical injury.

• Threatening Pranks: Do not perform or provide instructions for pranks that lead others to fear serious physical danger or cause serious emotional distress, particularly in minors.

• Harmful Acts: Do not perform or instruct others in dangerous acts that could result in serious harm or death.

• Endangering Minors: Do not encourage or instruct minors to participate in dangerous activities that jeopardize their emotional or physical well-being.

Weapons

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Instructions to Harm or Kill: Do not provide instructions on how to harm or kill others, or show activities intended to cause severe injury or death.

• Explosives: Do not provide instructions on how to make explosives or compounds meant to injure or kill others.

• Firearms: Do not provide instructions on how to manufacture firearms or firearm accessories.

Digital Security

The following digital-related activities are not allowed:

• Theft: Do not provide instructions for theft, show theft with the intent to steal goods, or demonstrate methods to get something for free.

• Hacking: Do not provide instructions or demonstrations for hacking, especially when it involves stealing credentials, compromising personal data, or causing harm to others.

• Bypassing Payments: Do not show or provide instructions for bypassing payments for digital content or services.

• Phishing: Do not teach or demonstrate how to phish personal information from other Players by deceiving them, including cryptocurrency-related phishing schemes.
