Self-Promotion

UPUN encourages Players to share their work and promote their ventures. However, self-promotion should be done with care and consideration for the community. This policy outlines how self-promotion should be handled in Creations, Products, Groups, and Communication Activities.

Labeling Sponsored Content

If your Creation contains self-promotional content or advertisements, it must be clearly labeled as "Sponsored" in the Creation's settings. It should be clear to the audience that the content contains a promotional element.

Appropriate Use of Self-Promotion

• Keep it short and simple: Promotional content should be brief and to the point. The shorter the promotion, the better.

• Avoid being vague: Ensure that the promotional intent is clear. The audience should understand what is being promoted and why without needing further explanation.

Spam and Over-Promotion

The Spam Policy applies to excessive use of promotional content. If your self-promotion is repetitive, untargeted, or disruptive to the community, it will be considered spam.

• Posting the same promotional content across multiple Creations, Products, or Groups without moderation may result in the removal of your content and penalties applied to your account.

• Even if labeled as "Sponsored," consistent and excessive self-promotion is not allowed.

Respect the Platform and Community

Self-promotion should not detract from the overall Player experience on UPUN. Be mindful of how and where you promote, ensuring that it aligns with the content and context of your material.
