Products: Commercial Use License

UPUN allows Players to purchase digital Items, Services, and complete Quests, some of which offer deliverables under a Commercial Use license. This policy outlines the terms for the Commercial Use of deliverables, granting Players broader permissions to incorporate the content into commercial projects.

Commercial Use License

• A Commercial Use license permits Players to use the deliverable items in commercial productions, including those distributed or monetized on or off UPUN.

• Players can use these deliverables to enhance their own creations, products, or services that generate revenue, but redistribution of the deliverable itself as a standalone product is strictly prohibited.

License Upgrades

• After purchasing a Service or Item, Players may upgrade the deliverables to a Commercial Use license through a request to the Vendor or by completing an additional purchase on the platform.

• Upgrading to a Commercial Use license allows Players to incorporate the deliverables into profit-generating projects and Creations.

Documentation Provided

The Commercial Use license includes documentation, which may be necessary to enforce ownership or usage rights in the event of a copyright dispute or infringement report. Players can use this documentation to assert their right to use the media commercially.

Publishing on UPUN

Players are encouraged to purchase Products with Commercial Use licenses if they intend to use the deliverables in Creations on UPUN. Since Creations can offer compensation and rewards, using deliverables with appropriate licensing ensures compliance with UPUN’s policies and avoids potential infringement issues.

Restrictions on Republishing Deliverables

• It is forbidden to republish deliverables obtained under a Commercial Use license as standalone Products on UPUN. Deliverables cannot be resold, redistributed, or offered as part of another Product, whether as the primary deliverable or as part of a package.

• If a Product is found to include previously published deliverables without proper authorization, the infringing material may be modified or removed, and the Player may face penalties.
