Products: Personal Use License

UPUN allows Players to purchase digital Items, Services, and complete Quests, which often include deliverables that can be downloaded and used for future developments or creative endeavors. This policy outlines the terms for the Personal Use of those deliverables and the conditions for upgrading licenses.

Personal Use License

• By default, all deliverables from purchased Services, Items, or Quests are provided under a Personal Use license unless otherwise specified by the Vendor.

• Personal Use permits the Player to use the deliverables for their own projects, creations, or non-commercial endeavors. Redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of the deliverables is not permitted under this license.

License Disclosure

• Vendors offering deliverables as part of a Service, Item, or Quest are required to disclose the applicable license for the deliverables at the time of purchase. The Player can view the license details before completing the transaction.

• If no license is explicitly chosen by the Vendor, the Personal Use license is assumed to apply by default.

Upgrading Licenses

• After purchasing a Service or Item, Players may choose to upgrade the deliverables to either a Commercial or Exclusive license, granting them broader usage rights.

• License upgrades can be made through a request to the Vendor or by completing an additional purchase within the platform. These upgrades provide additional permissions for commercial use or exclusive rights to the deliverables.

No Documentation Provided

The Personal Use license, or any upgraded license (e.g., Commercial or Exclusive), does not come with formal documentation. The terms of the license are agreed upon within the platform, and the Player is responsible for adhering to those terms.

License Enforcement

It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that the deliverables are used in accordance with the license applied to them. UPUN reserves the right to take action if deliverables are misused, including removal of content or penalties to the Player’s account.
