Regulated Goods

UPUN allows Players to offer remote Services, Digital Items, and Quests that enhance the creative experience and contribute to the community. Products must be directly related to the development of Creations, provide meaningful and goal-oriented Quests, or otherwise improve the Player experience through useful, customizable, or personalized media assets. Certain Products, however, are strictly prohibited from being sold or promoted on UPUN as they conflict with the platform's core values and goals.

Prohibited Sale of Regulated Goods or Services

Any attempt to sell, link to, or facilitate access to regulated goods and services is strictly forbidden on UPUN. Violations of this policy will result in the removal of offending materials and disciplinary action, including potential suspension or termination of the Player’s account.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Alcohol

• Stolen Financial Information (bank accounts, passwords, stolen credit cards)

• Counterfeit Documents or Currency

• Controlled Substances (narcotics and other drugs)

• Explosives

• Human Organs

• Endangered Species or Their Parts

• Firearms and Firearm Accessories

• Nicotine Products, including vaping devices

• Online Gambling Services

• Prescription Pharmaceuticals without proper licensing

• Sex/Escort Services

• Unlicensed Medical Services

• Human Trafficking or Smuggling

Providing contact details (e.g., links, emails, phone numbers) to facilitate the sale of these goods or services is also prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

Depictions of Prohibited Activities

The following content is not allowed to be depicted on UPUN:

• Drug Use: Depictions of hard or soft drug use, pharmaceutical use without prescription, or the non-educational use of steroids.

• Cheating: Instructions or materials designed to facilitate academic cheating.

Firearms Policy

UPUN prohibits the sale or promotion of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories. Any content that instructs Players on how to manufacture, modify, or install firearm accessories is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in the removal of content and penalties, including potential suspension or termination. The following are specifically prohibited:

• Manufacturing Firearms

• Creating Ammunition

• High-Capacity Magazines

• Homemade Silencers or Suppressors

• Accessories that simulate or convert firearms to automatic fire (e.g., bump stocks, Gatling triggers)

Do NOT provide instructions on:

• Converting firearms to automatic or simulated automatic firing capabilities.

• Installing any accessories or modifications listed above.
