Materials

UPUN defines "Materials" as digital content that a Player may upload or submit to UPUN for publishing. This can be video, image, audio, text, arrangements (Playlists), comments, messages, and deliverables from the purchase or fulfillment of a Product. Materials may also refer to Creations, Products, Groups, Profile Data, and Communication Activity such as comments or messages which all contain various form of material within their contents.

Players whom upload, submit, and/or publish materials are responsible for those materials, and said materials are subject to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
