Playlists

Playlists allow Players to curate collections of Creations, offering a dynamic way to experience and engage with content. However, Playlists must adhere to UPUN’s Community Guidelines and cannot be used to artificially inflate metrics or serve inappropriate content. This policy outlines the proper use of Playlists and the consequences for violations.

Prohibited Activities with Playlists

The following activities are not allowed on UPUN and may result in the removal of the Playlist and/or penalization of the Player’s account:

• Artificial Metric Inflation: Playlists designed to artificially increase plays, views, likes, favorites, comments, or other engagement metrics—either through automated systems or by tricking unsuspecting Players into interacting with the content—are prohibited.

• Incentivizing Engagement: Offering incentives to Players specifically for engaging with a Playlist (e.g., promising rewards for likes or views) is not allowed.

• Misleading Titles and Descriptions: Do NOT use misleading or deceptive titles, thumbnails, descriptions, or labels to make Players believe they are engaging with content different from what is actually included in the Playlist.

• Violative Content: Loading Playlists with Creations that, when combined, violate Community Guidelines is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Educational content with nudity or sexual themes intended for sexual gratification.

  • Non-sexual content that focuses on specific body parts or activities for inappropriate purposes.

  • Documentary videos of graphic violence intended to shock or glorify violence.

• Repeatedly Penalized Content: Do NOT include Creations in Playlists that have been previously removed or penalized for violating Community Guidelines. Doing so will result in the removal of the entire Playlist.

• Depicting Abuse or Mistreatment of Minors: Playlists that depict physical, sexual, or emotional mistreatment of minors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account penalties.

Consequences for Violating the Playlists Policy

Violating the Playlists Policy may result in:

• Modification or Removal of the offending Playlist.

• Penalization of the Player’s account, which may include suspension or termination depending on the severity of the violation.

UPUN reserves the right to enforce these policies to ensure that Playlists remain a safe and enjoyable way for Players to engage with content.
