Products: Services, Items, and Quests

UPUN's Products consist of three key entities—Services, Items, and Quests—each contributing to the dynamic economy of the platform. Whether you are a Player, Buyer, Vendor, or Freelancer, Products offer numerous opportunities to profit, collaborate, and enhance the UPUN experience. These Products form the backbone of UPUN’s Shop, fostering a rich environment for creativity, commerce, and community engagement.

Services

Services allow Players to offer their skills, tools, or resources to other Players in exchange for Love (♥). When a Service is viewed, an Experience is created, though no costs are applied. However, once the Service is booked, the costs are deducted, and the funds are held until the Vendor Player fulfills the Order. Upon completion of the Service, the Experience concludes, distributing both rewards and deliverables. Communication between the Buyer Player and Vendor Player is essential for fulfilling Orders and concluding the Experience, making the platform’s Communication Activity Safety Policy an important guideline.

Items

Items enable Players to sell original digital assets in exchange for Love (♥). Similar to Services, viewing an Item creates an Experience without costs, but once purchased, the Experience is updated, and the transaction is completed. Items are a one-time, direct transaction and can be downloaded by the Buyer at any time, even if the Item becomes unavailable in the Shop. Unlike Services, Items do not require communication between Players to fulfill the Order or complete the Experience.

Quests

Quests allow Players to request assistance from the UPUN community for a specific task or service. The Quest owner offers Love (♥) as a reward, and other Players can apply to fulfill the Quest. Once recruited, the recruited Player(s) work to complete the requirements set by the Quest owner. Quests are the only Product that distributes Love as a reward, making them a unique offering. The Quest experience concludes when the owner is satisfied with the outcome, or it can be cancelled, leading to partial rewards distribution and refunding the remaining offered rewards.
