Appealing a Decision

Players have the right to appeal a decision made on a Report or Violation if they believe the resolution was unfair or incorrect. This policy outlines the process for submitting an appeal and the consequences of repeated or baseless appeals.

Eligible Appeals

• Appeals may be submitted for any Report or Violation that has reached a resolution, including penalties, suspensions, terminations, or other disciplinary actions.

• Moderator privilege removals are also eligible for appeal. If a Moderator's privileges are removed, they will receive a violation detailing the decision made by a Grand Mod or Admin. This resolution can be appealed under the same process.

Submitting an Appeal

• Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the resolution. Any appeals submitted after this period will not be considered.

• Appeals are handled by Grand Mods or Admins, who will review the case, the evidence presented, and the resolution to determine whether the appeal is valid.

Final Determination

• Once a Grand Mod or Admin has made a final determination on the appeal, that decision is final. No further appeals regarding the same Report or any related Reports will be accepted.

• Players who attempt to repeatedly appeal the same decision after a final determination has been made may be subject to penalization for abuse of the appeals process.

Consequences of the Appeal

• If the appeal is successful, the resolution of the original Report may be modified or overturned, and any penalties imposed may be lifted.

• If the appeal is denied, the original decision will stand, and no further appeals will be accepted.
