Guidelines for Report Handling
UPUN is committed to a fair and transparent process for handling Reports. This policy outlines how Reports are managed, prioritized, and resolved.
Report Submission
Players can submit a Report regarding violations of the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other platform policies through our dedicated reporting tool. Players are encouraged to provide evidence (text, images, videos) when submitting Reports to facilitate the investigation.
Report Priority
Reports are assigned a priority level based on their severity. Reports involving issues such as harassment, fraud, or dangerous behavior are given higher priority and addressed promptly. Lower-priority issues, such as spam or minor violations, are addressed as resources allow.
Communication During Investigation
Players who submit Reports will receive updates on their case as it progresses. If additional information is required, a Representative may contact the reporting Player for clarification within the report's composer.
Timeframes
UPUN aims to resolve most Reports within 7-14 days, depending on their complexity and priority. In cases requiring further evidence or investigation, the timeframe may be extended.
