Reporting Violations

At UPUN, we value a positive and respectful community experience. Players have the ability to report materials or behavior that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other platform policies. The Report feature ensures that any inappropriate materials or activity is addressed in a timely and fair manner.

How to Report a Violation

Submit a Report: If you encounter materials or behavior that violates UPUN’s policies, use the Report feature located near the content in question. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible to ensure the Mod or Admin has enough information to resolve the issue.

What Happens After You Submit a Report?

• Review: Your report will be assigned to an Admin or Customer Service Representative, who will review the the report and investigate the issue.

• Communication: You may be contacted by your assigned Representative for further information or clarification regarding your report.

• Resolution: If the report is validated, appropriate action will be taken, such as removal of content, penalties applied to the offender, or escalation of the report if necessary.

Misuse of the Reporting System

False reports or misuse of the reporting feature may result in penalties, including temporary suspension of your reporting privileges. Please ensure that all reports are submitted in good faith. We encourage all Players to participate in maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment on UPUN by reporting violations responsibly.
